Sale and purchase rules

These Terms and Conditions of Sale/Purchase of Goods, www.atendo.lt, set out below, are a complete set of terms and conditions applicable to both you (the Buyer) and www.atendo.lt (the Seller, hereinafter referred to as “www.atendo.lt”).

1. General provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a binding legal document for the Parties, which sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods from www.atendo.lt e-shop.

1.2 The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with statutory requirements. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes on the www.atendo.lt e-shop website. The Buyer shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order when shopping on www.atendo.lt.

1.3:

1.3.1. Capacitated natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;

1.3.2. minors aged between 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are capable of disposing of their income independently;

1.3.3. Legal persons;

1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above.

1.4 By accepting the Rules, the Seller also warrants that, in accordance with Clause 1.3 of the Rules, the Buyer is entitled to purchase the Goods from the www.atendo.lt e-shop.

1.5 The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the www.atendo.lt e-shop, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Seller’s rules, clicks on the button “Confirm order” (see point 5. “Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms”).

1.6 Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be stored in the database of www.atendo.lt as well as, in paper format, in the company’s e-commerce department.

2. Privacy policy and personal data protection

2.1 The Buyer may order goods from www.atendo.lt e-shop by:

2.1. by registering at www.atendo.lt e-shop – by entering the data requested in the registration;

2.2.When ordering goods by the methods provided for in Clause 2.1 of the Rules, the Buyer shall indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the Buyer’s personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, exact delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.

2.3 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the Buyer’s personal data provided in Section 2.2 for the purposes of the sale of goods/services on the www.atendo.lt e-shop, for the purposes of the analysis of the Seller’s activities and for direct marketing.

2.4 By consenting to the processing of the Buyer’s personal data for the purpose of the sale of goods/services in the Seller’s e-shop, the Buyer also consents to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address and telephone number provided by the Buyer in order to complete the order of goods.

2.5 By registering at www.atendo.lt and ordering goods, the Customer undertakes to protect and not to disclose his/her login details to anyone.

2.6 The Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data that he/she voluntarily submits in the registration form in accordance with these Rules.

2.7 The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request the rectification, blocking or deletion of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or inaccurate personal data by emailing info@atendo.lt. In this case, the Seller shall immediately implement the Buyer’s request within 2 working days at the latest.

2.8 The Buyer shall have the right to be informed of the sources and nature of the personal data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, the recipients to whom they are provided and to whom they have been provided for at least the last one year.

2.9 The Buyer shall have the right to have his/her personal data rectified or destroyed or to have the processing of his/her personal data, other than storage, suspended where the processing is not in accordance with the provisions of law.

2.10 The Data Controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Customer who registers on the www.atendo.lt online shop. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the online store registration form) for the purpose of processing orders for goods or services or for the performance of other contractual obligations. By placing an order or registering, the Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods, point 2.3 of which states that by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by the Customer for the purposes of the sale of goods and services in the www.atendo.lt online shop, for the purposes of analysis of the activities of the Seller and for the purposes of direct marketing. This also includes the sending of promotional and informative messages, and by registering the Buyer agrees to receive newsletters and similar material, which the Buyer has the full right to opt out of.

2.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.12. Personal data shall be processed using secure measures to protect such data against unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unauthorized acts.

2.13. The personal data of those who have consented to the use of their data for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for 2 years for direct marketing purposes. Customer data is stored for 2 years after the last purchase. After this period, the customer’s data is (automatically) destroyed. The automatic destruction of personal data is supervised by a responsible person.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the www.atendo.lt e-shop in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the other information sections of this e-shop.

3.2.The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase/sale of goods with www.atendo.lt e-shop by notifying the Seller in accordance with the instructions in accordance with Clause 8 of the present Rules – Return of goods and money, not later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the item, except in cases when the contract cannot be withdrawn from the contract in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania (information on the website of the Public Institution “Consumer Center” https://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, “Specifics of the return and exchange of non-food goods”, Clause 18).

3.3 The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 3.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance and have not been used.

3.4 The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered and to pay the agreed price for them.

3.5 If the details provided in the Buyer’s registration form change, the Buyer must update them without delay.

3.6 The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his/her login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his/her login data, he/she must immediately inform the Seller by the means of contact indicated in the “Contact” section (telephone/email).

3.7 By using the www.atendo.lt e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to abide by them and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations

4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the www.atendo.lt e-shop.

4.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Seller’s www.atendo.lt e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the e-shop or, in exceptional cases, to cancel the Buyer’s registration, immediately without warning.

4.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the Buyer’s personal information provided in the registration form of the www.atendo.lt e-shop.

4.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer if the delivery service is ordered.

5. Ordering, prices, payment procedures and deadlines.

5.1. www.atendo.lt e-shop is available to the Customer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the e-shop is unavailable due to technical work.

5.2 The Contract shall commence from the moment when the Buyer clicks on the “Confirm Order” button, and upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms the order by sending a confirmation email to the email address specified by the Buyer.

5.3 The prices of the goods in the www.atendo.lt e-shop and in the order form shall be quoted in euros, including VAT.

5.4 The Buyer shall pay for the Goods in one of the following ways:

5.4.1. payment by bank transfer via secure payment system PAYSERA – by selecting one of the logos of the bank you are using in the payment window, you will be able to make the payment without entering any additional data. By selecting this link, the customer is redirected to the banking system used by his/her bank, where he/she only needs to log in and confirm the payment, according to the final payment amount formed in the order, for the selected goods. The order form is filled in automatically and the Seller is then informed of the successful payment immediately, irrespective of the e-banking system used and/or the time of day. This speeds up the time taken to prepare, dispatch and receive the goods. Payment through the PAYSERA payment system is subject to lower transfer fees. All conditions, privileges and rules of the intermediary PAYSERA shall apply to the customer paying by this method.

5.4.2. payment by simple bank transfer – this is a prepayment where the Buyer makes a local payment order directly to the bank account of UAB “Šviesos gamyba”. The requisites for the transfer shall be provided prior to the order confirmation and shall also be indicated on the prepayment and VAT invoices. If the customer does not use electronic banking, he can print the invoice and make the transfer at his bank branch. The customer must indicate the order number in the “Purpose of payment” section of the payment form, as provided in the order confirmation email. Bank charges for transferring money to the account of UAB “Šviesos gamyba” shall not be included in the customer’s bill for the goods. The Seller shall not be liable for the application and/or amount of such charges. Please make sure that you have confirmed your order and received a confirmation email before making a bank transfer, otherwise the order will not be registered in the system. Attention! When paying this way, crediting is only done according to the standard procedure of the e-banking provider you use (your bank), and transfers are only credited at certain intervals on the respective days. When paying in this way, the customer must be aware of the duration and accuracy of the transfer of funds in accordance with the regulations of the bank he uses, the vendor is not responsible for the duration of the crediting of funds in this case, and the execution of the order will only start once the funds have been deposited in the bank account of UAB “Šviesos gamyba”.

5.5 The Buyer, having opted for bank transfer payment services, undertakes to pay for the goods immediately, as only upon receipt of payment for the goods shall the consignment of the goods be formed and the time limit for dispatch of the goods begin to run.

5.6 The Seller shall issue an electronic version of the invoice to the Buyer, and the version of the invoice in advance shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated immediately after the order confirmation. The final invoice shall be issued after payment, the paper version of such invoice shall be delivered with the goods and the electronic version shall be sent by e-mail.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1 Standard delivery costs is 15 EUR. This delivery is one of the collection methods offered to the Buyer. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer throughout Lithuania.

6.2 The Buyer, having selected the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.

6.3 The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not have the right to claim against the Seller for the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.4 All Goods shall be delivered by the service chosen for the method of delivery to the address specified in your order information.

6.5 Shipments to customers are delivered on working days at three intervals for your convenience.

6.5.1 If the Customer wishes to receive the Goods urgently, the Customer must contact the Seller to discuss additional delivery options. If you wish to receive the goods by other means, please contact the Customer Service Department: https://www.atendo.lt

6.6 It is not possible for the courier to specify a specific time for delivery of the order (except where the Buyer agrees delivery with the Seller additionally in accordance with clause 6.5.1 of these Rules).

6.7 The estimated delivery time in days is specified in the description of each item.

6.8 The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer within 9 working days. These time limits are provisional and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In such case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the terms of delivery.

6.8.1. Goods in the Seller’s warehouse shall be delivered to the Buyer, after payment of the order, on the next working day throughout the territory of Lithuania. This applies if the order is placed before 13:00, when the goods are delivered from the warehouse to the courier service. Orders placed after this deadline are treated as orders for the next working day. When the goods have been successfully dispatched, the Buyer will be informed by automatic e-mail and SMS text messages. Next working day delivery is only possible under the following conditions:

6.8.1.1.1. the order shall be formed by 13:00 on working days and shall be paid immediately by bank transfer or direct bank transfer via the PAYSERA system;

6.8.1.2. the Order is formed before 13:00 on working days and the payment method of cash or card payment to the courier is selected;

6.8.1.3. the ordered goods are in the Seller’s warehouse, otherwise the normal delivery rules apply;

6.8.2. if the order is placed before 13:00 on working days, but is paid later by bank transfer or by direct payment system PAYSERA, the dispatch of the order shall be postponed to the next working day and the deadline for receipt of the order shall be postponed by two working days.

6.8.4. any payment made for an order after 13:00 on working days, or at any time on non working days, shall postpone the dispatch of the order to the next working day.

6.9 For deliveries from warehouses in foreign countries, delivery may take approximately 8 to 15 working days.

6.10. In the case of a custom-made delivery, delivery times to be agreed individually shall apply, subject to a maximum delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times for individual goods may vary. The provisional delivery time is indicated on the card for each item.

6.11. The ordered goods shall always be delivered in one shipment, and the Buyer shall be informed individually about the delivery times of different goods. Multiple orders may be delivered in separate consignments at the Customer’s request for an additional standard delivery charge in accordance with clause 6. of these Rules.

6.12 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limit for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

6.13. At the time of delivery, you must inspect the external condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the slightest damage to the consignment is noticed, it is necessary to make a note of the damage to the consignment or refuse to accept the consignment.

6.14. Upon acceptance of the consignment and signature of the manifest without any comments, the consignment shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition, in which case claims for external damage to the goods shall no longer be accepted. In any event, the obligations regarding the guarantee of the goods shall remain valid.

6.15. The Buyer must in all cases immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is delivered in damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of goods, or if the goods are incomplete.

6.16. In all cases where the Buyer notices damage to the packaging during delivery, the Buyer shall be obliged to make a note of such damage on the delivery note provided by the courier or to draw up a separate report on such damage. The Buyer must do so in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so shall exempt the Seller from liability to the Buyer in respect of any damage to the goods in relation to damage to the packaging not noted by the Buyer in the courier’s delivery note.

6.17. For delivery outside Lithuania, please contact us by e-mail – info@atendo.lt for delivery conditions and prices we will write to you personally.

6.18. The standard delivery price is not valid for items weighing more than 15 kg. We will contact you personally upon delivery of such goods.

6.19. Delivery to Curonian Spit is subject to a surcharge without exception. We will contact you personally upon delivery to Curonian Spit.

7. Product quality and guarantees, after-sales service

7.1 The details of each item sold in the www.atendo.lt e-shop shall be set out in general terms in the description of each item. Electronic goods are covered by the standard European Union, 24-month warranty unless a different term is specified.

7.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

7.3 The Seller shall provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods for a certain period of time, the specific term and other conditions of which shall be specified in the descriptions of such goods.

7.4 If the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the guarantee provided by the relevant legislation shall apply.

7.5 The EU-wide Directive 1999/44/EC provides for a warranty period of at least 24 months. In individual cases, the manufacturer may set a shorter or longer period. In such a case, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer shall apply.

7.6 When submitting a product for warranty repair, you must complete a warranty service form. The form can be obtained by contacting: info@atendo.lt

7.6.1 The Warranty Service Form must be completed and actually signed and must contain true and valid information. Failure to provide such details, or to complete or sign the form, will result in claims not being accepted.

7.6.2. the Warranty Service Form must be duly sent to the Customer Service email info@atendo.lt and await contact from the Customer Service Representatives (up to 3 days). The subject line of the email must include “Warranty Service” and your four-digit order number, e.g. Warranty Service 1234. The order number is displayed on the invoice and in emails and text messages related to the order.

7.6.3. delivery of the goods for after-sales service shall be at the Buyer’s expense. The goods shall be delivered by a courier booked by www.atendo.lt for warranty servicing. After the warranty service, the delivery and collection shall be invoiced and the repaired goods shall not be returned to the Buyer without payment.

7.6.3.1. after ordering the after-sales service, www.atendo.lt shall complete all necessary documents related to the transportation of the goods. The customer does not need to fill in anything and does not need to print, stick on packages, track. For any additional reservations or problems, www.atendo.lt managers contact the customer personally.

7.6.3.2. the courier shall be called on the next working day following receipt of the form. The courier is usually notified by telephone and the customer must prepare and pack the goods before the courier arrives.

7.6.4 The Buyer undertakes to pack the Goods properly and safely for transportation. www.atendo.lt shall not be liable for any damage caused during the transport of goods that are not properly packed and returned for warranty service.

7.7 Warranty service shall be carried out by an authorized service center and a warranty inspection shall be carried out within 9 working days after receipt of the warranty goods for repair.

7.8 Warranty repairs shall be carried out within two weeks (ten working days), however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, if the necessary parts are imported from the manufacturer, warranty repairs may be carried out for a longer period of time, subject to the customer’s notice.

7.8 The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to naturally wearing parts.

7.9 In the event of a non-warranty fault caused by the fault and/or misuse of the product, the customer shall pay for the repair of the fault, the parts required to fix the fault and any additional work. The customer shall be informed of the charge and any work carried out for money shall be carried out only at the customer’s request and with the customer’s consent. Such work shall be invoiced and, in the absence of payment, the repaired product shall not be returned to the customer.

7.9.1.If the goods are found to be out of warranty, due to the fault of the consumer and/or improperly, and the Buyer refuses to pay for repairs, the costs of returning the goods shall be paid by the Buyer.

7.10. If the product is found to be seriously defective, damaged due to manufacturer’s error, manufacturer’s defect or any other quality discrepancy requiring repair by the manufacturer, the product shall be replaced by a new product immediately, regardless of the length of time the product has been used, provided that the warranty period is still valid.

7.11. The Customer always has the right to contact www.atendo.lt and we will endeavor to provide prompt assistance or information as required for the repair of the Goods. When contacting us, please quote the order number, date of purchase, name of the customer or company name.

7.12. If the goods are faulty, you may return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (receipt of the goods) in accordance with Section 8 of these Rules.

7.13. The Warranty for the installed equipment is valid only in the following cases:

– the equipment must be sold and installed in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania;

– Installation of the equipment must be carried out by qualified and certified installers of LED lighting/devices and/or air disinfection equipment;

– the installed equipment must undergo regular maintenance at least once a year and be officially certified by the owner of the equipment and a representative of the company that carried out the maintenance. Air disinfection equipment must be serviced in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s requirements.

The warranty does not apply:

– If the equipment has not been subject to mandatory maintenance at least once during the calendar year and a document proving this is not provided, with the signatures of the certified firm that carried out the maintenance;

– If the equipment has not been transported in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements;

– If the fault is due to Force Majeure (thunderstorm, fire, etc.);

– If the requirements for the safe and proper installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment have not been complied with, the Buyer is using the Goods for purposes other than their normal use, or is operating the equipment in buildings that are undergoing repair, reconstruction, construction in progress, or have not been put into operation;

– If the equipment is damaged due to factors beyond the manufacturer’s control;

– If the Buyer continues to use the Goods after noticing the defects in the Goods;

– If the Buyer has added to, modified or otherwise altered the Goods at its own discretion;

– If the serial numbers or marking stickers on the Goods or parts of the Goods are damaged, replaced or removed;

– If there is a voltage fluctuation (undervoltage or overvoltage);

– If the equipment is mechanically damaged, or due to use in aggressive environments;

– If the equipment is uninstalled or dismantled, making it impossible to physically check the quality of installation;

– For installation work;

– For naturally wearing parts (filters).

8. Returning and exchanging goods and/or money

If you wish to cancel an order for which you have not yet received the goods, or to cancel a specific item(s) from an order that has not yet been fulfilled but has been paid for, and to obtain a refund, please contact us by email: info@atendo.lt. Otherwise, please follow the rules below:

8.1.The defects of the sold goods shall be eliminated, the defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules of the Return and Replacement of Goods”, except for the cases when the contract may not be withdrawn from in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania (in case of the contract concluded for the sale of hygiene goods – bedding; for more information, please refer to the webpage of the Consumer Centre at https://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, the peculiarities of the Return and Replacement of Non-food Goods in item 18.). In all cases, money for returned goods shall be paid only to the payer’s bank account.

8.2 In order to return the item(s) in accordance with Clause 8.1 of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, by completing and returning to the Seller a Returns Form. This form can be obtained by email: info@atendo.lt.

8.2.1 the return form must be completed and actually signed and must contain true and valid details. No claims will be accepted if such details are not provided, completed or signed.

8.2.2. the return form must be properly sent to the customer service email info@atendo.lt and await contact from the customer service team (up to 3 days). The subject line of the email must be “Returns” and your four-digit order number, e.g. Returns 1234. The order number is displayed on the invoice and in any emails or text messages related to the order.

8.2.3. the money shall be returned to the bank account within 14 working days at the latest, starting from the day the goods are returned to the warehouse.

8.2.4 returns and/or exchanges of defective goods are free of charge. Returns of quality goods shall be made at the Buyer’s expense. Returned goods shall be collected by a courier ordered by www.atendo.lt. The condition of the returned goods shall be checked by the after-sales service and if the returned goods are of good quality, the standard shipping fee of EUR 15 shall be deducted from the refunded amount.

8.2.5 after ordering after-sales service, www.atendo.lt shall complete all necessary documents related to the transportation of the goods. The Customer does not need to fill in anything and does not need to print, stick on packages or keep track. For any additional reservations or problems, www.atendo.lt managers contact the customer personally.

8.2.6. the courier shall be called on the next working day following receipt of the form. The courier is usually notified by telephone and the customer must prepare and pack the goods before the courier arrives.

8.2.7 the Buyer undertakes to pack the Goods properly and safely for transportation. www.atendo.lt accepts no liability for any damage caused during the transport of returned goods which are not properly packed.

8.3 The following conditions must be complied with when the Buyer returns the Goods:

8.3.1;

8.3.2. the Goods must be in good condition;

8.3.3. the Goods must be unused and in good condition (no damaged labels, no peeling of the protective film, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of a return of low-quality Goods);

8.3.4 the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;

8.3.5.

8.4 The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer’s returns if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clause 8.3.

8.5 In the event of a return of the wrong Goods and/or faulty Goods, the Seller undertakes to take back such Goods and to replace them with similar suitable Goods.

8.6 In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded within 14 working days the amount paid, excluding the delivery charge.

8.7. www.atendo.lt shall be unilaterally entitled to deduct the amount of the additional discount from the customer’s refund if the customer has taken advantage of the additional discount and subsequently cancelled (returned) at least one quality product from the offer to which the discount was applied.

8.8 In the event that the reason for the return of the goods is improper quality, www.atendo.lt undertakes to replace the improper quality goods at its own expense with goods of proper quality or to refund the money paid for the goods. The replacement or return of goods of inadequate quality shall be carried out in accordance with the “Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods”, approved by Order of the Minister of the Economy No. 217 dated 29 June 2001.

8.9 If, within the warranty period, the customer’s defective product is replaced by a new product of the same quality, the replacement product shall be subject to the remaining warranty period, i.e. the warranty period shall not be extended.

8.10. IMPORTANT! Returns policy does not apply: Legal entities, products with individual changes made by the customer, individual orders that damage their original merchantable appearance beyond replacement, individually ordered goods, goods that have been damaged by the customer, goods that do not meet the above standards for return (damaged merchantable appearance, with signs of use, signs of wear and tear), goods returnable after the 14-day period of return, with the exception of goods that do not comply with the return requirements, but are not of high quality.

9. Responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller

9.1 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences thereof and shall be entitled to claim direct damages from the Buyer.

9.2 The Buyer is responsible for the actions carried out using the www.atendo.lt e-shop.

9.3 Once registered, the Buyer is responsible for the transfer of his/her login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by www.atendo.lt e-shop by logging in to this e-shop using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller shall consider this person as the Buyer.

9.4 The Seller shall be exempt from any liability where the loss is caused by the Buyer’s failure to read these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations, when given the opportunity to do so.

9.5 If the Seller’s e-shop contains links to the e-sites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein and does not maintain, control or represent such companies or persons.

9.6 In the event of damage, the Party at fault shall indemnify the other Party for direct damages.

10. Marketing and information

10.1 The Seller may, at its sole discretion, initiate various promotions in the e-shop.

10.2 The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally, without prior notice, modify the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including cancellation. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be effective only prospectively, i.e. as from the moment of its execution.

10.3 The Seller shall send all notices by the means of communication specified in the Buyer’s registration form.

10.4 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the telephone numbers or e-mail addresses indicated in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s e-shop.

10.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the networks of the internet connection, email service providers.

11. Final provisions

11.1 These Terms and Conditions of Purchase/Sale of Goods are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2 All disputes arising out of the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

EU projects

“Development of UV disinfection technology for personal protective equipment”

UAB “Šviesos gamyba” is implementing the EU-funded project “Development of an adaptive ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system for personal protective equipment”.

UAB “Šviesos gamyba” has a team of different specialists working with LED luminaire technologies. The company cooperates closely with scientific and educational institutions (Vilnius University, Kaunas University of Technology, etc.) in order to develop and offer to the market products designed on the basis of R&D results.

This project will use UVC LED technology, which is unrivalled in terms of energy, speed and change in mask permeability after disinfection. This project will pay particular attention to technical solutions that will adaptively compensate for the ageing effect by providing the required light intensity flux.

The project of UAB “Šviesos gamyba” is implemented under the Measure No.01.2.1-LVPA-T-858 “COVID-19 R&D”, Project No. 01.2.1-LVPA-T-858-01-0047 of the Operational Program of the European Union Structural Funds Investment 2014-2020, Priority 1 “Promotion of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation”. The objective of the measure is to promote projects for R&D activities related to COVID-19.

The aim of the project implemented by UAB “Šviesos gamyba” is to develop a prototype system for adaptive ultraviolet (UV) disinfection of personal protective equipment and to experimentally validate its mock mode of action on different surfaces and materials with oligonucleotides similar to selected genomic sequences of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (causing COVID-19).

Funded as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Project duration 12 months. The project is implemented with a partner.

“Creative Vouchers”

UAB “Šviesos gamyba” is implementing the project “Investments of UAB “Šviesos gamyba” in the development and implementation of non-technological innovations”, Nr. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-861-01-0323, financed from the European Regional Development Fund, as the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the State Budget of the Republic of Lithuania. The duration of the project is from 28 January 2022 to 31 March 2023. The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness of the company’s innovative products through the successful implementation of design solutions and marketing innovations.

UAB “Šviesos gamyba”’s main activity is the installation of electrical systems and the manufacture of LED luminaires. With this project, the company aims to expand the scope of its production activities and to develop and implement design and marketing innovations for a new product – an air disinfection system. The attractive design of this innovative product for the end user and the appropriate publicity through innovative electronic marketing tools will enable the company to increase its sales revenue.

“Ecommerce”

UAB “Šviesos gamyba” is implementing the project “Development of an E-commerce model for e-commerce for UAB “Šviesos gamyba””, No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-1049, financed by the European Regional Development Fund as a European Union response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania. The duration of the project is from 25th February, 2022 to 24th February, 2023.

The aim of the project is to speed up sales processes and simplify communication with customers by introducing e-commerce tools. It also aims to expand the company’s sales geography. The aim is to strengthen the company’s competitiveness and productivity. The implementation of the E-Commerce model will help the company to provide services more efficiently and to manage and develop its sales more easily.

UAB “Šviesos gamyba”’s main activity is the installation of electrical systems and the manufacture of LED luminaires. With this project, the company aims to expand the scope of its production activities and to create an e-commerce platform for a new technology under development – an air disinfection system. The e-commerce model is intended to increase the sales volume of the newly developed technology.
